Richard is an educator in North Carolina with a strong commitment to academic excellence, community development, and faith-based service. With experience in teaching and educational leadership, he is passionate about empowering young people through quality education, mentorship, and the integration of ethical and Christian values in learning.

He accepted the opportunity to serve as an Advisory Board Member for Rural Ghana Missions (RGM) because he believes deeply in the organization’s mission to support rural communities through education, spiritual development, and sustainable outreach.
