Rural Ghana Missions (RGM) is a non-profit volunteering organization dedicated to transforming and building lives of rural communities in Ghana by meeting their physical and spiritual needs. It was founded in 2024 by a group of Ghanaian Christians from across the USA who meets online to study together through the Open Bible Forum and became incorporated in the state of Illinois in 2025.
The mission was established out of a desire to present the saving message of Jesus Christ to those in rural Ghana, Africa and beyond and to empower the rural communities through poverty alleviation initiatives.
A future where rural Ghanaian communities have access to equitable resources, opportunities, basic services, and sound doctrine.
To empower rural communities in Ghana through sustainable development, education, healthcare initiatives, and gospel outreach.
Empowerment, sustainability, respect, collaboration, and accountability.
RGM partners with other charities, government agencies, local churches, and international partners to help achieve the mission of RGM. RGM is incredibly grateful to these local partners who have supported us over the years. Together we are changing lives one community and one village at a time.
