Richard and Billie Miller have labored together in two Churches of Christ in Central Illinois for 46 years. They are from Vermont and Virginia. They met at Harding University. Richard has served as a Campus Minister, Evangelist, Preaching Minister, and an Elder. Mission work has been part of his work for all of his ministry. He is glad to serve on this board as Rural Ghana Missions grows to God’s Glory.
