Lennora is a seasoned public administrator and ministry leader with nearly 30 years of distinguished service with the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board. Holding a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Illinois Springfield, along with an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris College, she retired in 2025 after serving as Grant Manager overseeing approximately $60 million annually in public safety funding.
In addition to her professional career, Lennora has faithfully served in ministry for more than 40 years coordinating numerous outreach initiatives that support families, the homeless, and nursing home residents with the Lakeside Church of Christ, Springfield. She is passionate about stewardship, soul-winning, and empowering others to grow spiritually and personally.
Serving on the Advisory Board of Rural Ghana Mission is a natural extension of her calling, allowing her to combine leadership, compassion, and advocacy in service to others. She considers it an honor to serve where God has planted her.
